I've just starting building my own PC and I've got an i7-7700k with a Gtx 1080ti. What's the best monitor to currently go for? I'm undecided if I should go for 1440p or 4K and is it worth the extra coin getting a monitor with G-sync?

you'll probably hear a lot of differing opinions, but i would go with 1440 / 144hz. gsync is over-rated imo. maybe go 4k if you plan on going sli in the future.

I matched my 1080ti with the Predator. 100hz. 32"2k. I think it's a great middle ground for all specs.
