Dino Skins become a default item you get in your inventory when you spawn. Make sure the box for receive default game items in options is checked.

Kill your character an spawn in it should be in ur inventory

Did the same thing yesterday. Let yourself die and respawn. It arrived in your inventory same as the safari hat n stuff
