It's been a long time since I built my last PC ..I am curious if going full liquid cooled for the build I want to put together would be beneficial or just running fans for the gpu..

build I'm looking at it the 8700k 32 gigs ddr4 ram 1tb ssd gtx 1080ti etc ?

look into a hybrid gpu. not alot more $ and easy to maintain
