i think im gonna change the power supply >.< damn it i`ve expected waaaay to much from it and i buyed it just for 30 Euro's in the store :|

Yes. It happens when your Fans reach optimum spin rate...right before orbital takeoff.

NEVER NEVER buy a cheap psu. They don't have any power surge protection or anything . When they blow they are more than capable of taking out the whole pc. Always be at least an 80+ bronze rated one

Is it normal for the fan bearing to fail completely, the PSU to overheat and catch fire.

You know it's not normal because you've never heard a pc make that noise before.

Stop attention seeking.

It's not a big upset. It's just a wire that must be hitting the back side of the fan blades.

You'll probably have to take the PSU apart and see if there is a wire or other fairly hard thing dropping into the blades..
