log in to your nitrado account go to web interface and then to engine settings.
can adjust your speed in the per level stats multiplier.

Daniel Haynes can you change all the settings from a phone or must it be a computer

It has something to do with the per level movement settings of tamed dinos. I had to turn speed down on my friends server and not sure exactly what I did but it worked. Griffin went from a 460 speed to 260.
