Is there a way to reduce RAM usage? I have 8 GB RAM paired with a 970 and an i5 4570. System idles at 2.6 GB. Is there a way to lower this? And if so, how? It might take a long time until I am getting 16 GB RAM.

Safer networking has an app that shuts down alot of bloatware for windows 10....it's not spybot it's something like viewport or something...
