Providing it's a high quality PSU. Yes

Getting quality at this wattage with these components is more important than 450w or 500w. It's generally true across the board frankly.

Basically anything labelled 80+ Bronze and with 450w+ should be fine.

At stock, you're probably under 200w actual draw on these components.

Worst case scenario, you're drawing 300w under full load. Still 150w of headroom. You want a good PSU though. Something from Seasonic, EVGA, Corsair, Super Flower (OEM for all of EVGA's best PSUs), Silverstone or Antec. 80+ Bronze rated or better.

Unless form factor is a problem though, you should probably just get a 500-600w PSU anyway. If form factor is a problem, then you're likely using an SFX PSU, in which case most of them are usually 80+ Gold rated and very solid.

Power-output of powersupplies are a bit overhyped.

You need about 200-250 watt for your system (mobo, CPU, mem and any other peripherals) with 1 classic HDD and 1 SSD. A typical gtx1060 takes about 125 watts. A 450watt powersupply would suffice for a system like this, and you can still add 1 or 2 HDD's to that.

However, a 1080ti for instance takes double that, 250watt. A 450watt supply will probably fall short here. If you plan on sticking to one card, I'd go for a 550 watt supply, maybe 600 (Depending on the price and features).
What's much more important is quality of the supply, go for 80 Plus gold or higher.

Yes.
But you'd be safer if you went with 550 Watt PSU, to make up for the possible power spikes.

Don't cheap out on the PSU. If it goes the whole computer goes.
