Option 1. Ryzen 3 1200 (you can overclock it for better performance), a new MoBo and 8 gigs of DDR4 2400/2133 mhz ram depending on how expensive the motherboard you get is.

Option 2. Get G4560 with a new MoBo and 8 gigs of DDR4 2400mhz memory

I personally would go with option 1. When you get more money you could get something like a 1050 ti/1060 3/6GB

Honestly my 7700k/1050ti mobile rig runs forza shitty sometimes I think a lot of it has to do with the hard drive the game is playing off of
