Get a daedon and you actually don't need milk.

Its what I've heard from other people. The healing effect overcomes the health drain from starving on babies.

I would experiment with something other than a high level Wyvern just to be sure though.

I've heard conflicting stories, one person saying they got it so Wyvern grew to point it only needed meat, another saying it bought you extra time to get milk. Either way, it does seem to help.

Just heard from another guy. He had about 3k cooked meat in it and it lasted all night in conjuction with Daedon. So you should be able to get by without milk with Daedon and lots of cooked meat.
