Pc then you can upgrade it over time especially cause the Xbox one x isn’t the new 9th gen console it’s just the same as the Xbox one s just it plays in higher FPS and some 4K if you want a console wait till the 9th gen comes out but if you just wanna play some good games go for pc as you can always upgrade it plus games like forza and gow are now Microsoft executives not Xbox exclusives so u can get them on pc
