I think they should introduce a new anti-cheat system where high ranked players watch your gameplay when you get reported then they decide if there is cheating or not.

Call it "Global Offensive"

there isn't much cheater in overwatch.I rarely (1-2 times) faced any cheater. it's not really needed. they are already pretty strict about cheating. most of them get banned anyway

Play back and spectatorship is not 100% accurate of what really happened because you can drop frames/lag/lose pixels etc. The only way to prove cheating (and innocent until proven guilty) is to check the hardware and make them play in a controlled environment, like Geguri last year
