I think it's obvious what needs to happen, mercy needs a nerf and Ana needs a buff so give ana rez and give mercy the ability to fly around in Valkyrie constantly without ult

I dun really think ana needs a buff. Her heal already enough to sustain and sleep dart is one of the rare ccs in the game.

Ana has rez but is on a charge up shot if she misses or gets killed during charging it she loses ability
