I just disaasembled my laptop and was curious what is this....looks like a gpu but no headsink and heat pipe and my laptop also dosent have one.....thoughts??

It's either the CPU, GPU, or North/South bridge. Should have something covering it...

Maybe a cpu if it has a cooler.I think it is a cpu because of the arrow on the upper right corner

That's the Platform Controller Hub. North Bridge & South Bridge haven't been used for years.
