I just bought razer blackwidow ultimate 2016 edition and I can't get synapse to recognize the keyboard. It's recognizes the mouse but not keyboard. Any suggestions before I take it back? I've read forums and tried multiples solutions such as deleting drivers and software but no luck.

Try checking on another PC but I doubt it'll work there if it can't work on your PC. Send it back.

I'm not a hater or anything it's just
Corsair is a far better brand
Razer has the green switches which are crappy rip offs of the cherry mx blue switches and they are over priced
