I have puyo puyo Tetris on cartridge... What happens if I download the digital version?

Will it appear twice on my dashboard? Will my switch explode from confusion?

I don't have an answer for you, but I do have a question about PPT. Does it have old school endless Tetris mode? I have no interest in PP or fancy game modes. I just want to turn my brain off and clear lines for a few hours.

I originally had Mario Kart on cartridge before deciding to go digital. It only ever appeared once.

It appears only once and shares the same save file! Of course you can have all-new save files by creating a second profile. Talking from personal experience.
