i have a question. did the hack added some games. my wife started playing harvest moon and did a couple of hours already. i wanted to add more games. my question is will it effect her save game when im adding the new games

I've got modded NES and SNES Classics I didn't mod myself. I already have Hackchi. Retroarch, and ROMs downloaded to PC. How can I simply add a few new games without screwing up the current modded systems and existing games? Thanks.
