I have a player that was banned and now he has been unbanned however, we have to unban him every day after server reset? How do we fix this?

I did. I unban him every day every way possible and even tried to white list him but it resets his ban with every server restart.

David you will need to contact Nitrado and submit a ticket. I have seen this many times and it's a Nitrado thing they are suppose to be working on and fixing. Submit a ticket and they will have you fixed in no time.
