go in to bios and there should be an option to start anyway. I have an asus maximus hero vii and since i watercool i dont have any fans plugged in.I found an option called start anyway or anything like that so it shows the error for a split second and then starts as normal.

No way to turn that off. You're not supposed to strip them, so there's no setting for it. Just sleep it instead of turning it off if it bothers you that much
