Xbox One I can’t seem to join any official servers it just says joining server and that’s it....

I can’t seem to join any official servers it just says joining server and that’s it. Won’t do anything else. I had hard reset a few times. Any ideas

Go on network settings turn it offline wait ten seconds then back on
