- already being healed
- about to be healed but someone else is at critical health? like chill out
- clear on the other side of the fucking map trying to solo the enemy team from behind

This happened to me in qp. I got told I need to heal them more, this was a 3 stack all dps. Not one of them ever went tank or heals. So I popped my ult as Moira and walked right off the map on volks and switched to dps
