How's season 8 going for everyone?
I feel as if I'm stuck in ELO HELL, being paired up with people who don't know how to move together as a team and those who give up halfway and it ends up being a 5v6

Remeber the game pairs you with people of similar skill so it's not all them

You should try flexing a different healer, other than Moira.

Find a duo buddy, and try to flex a bit more. Also I recommend 'preferring' players who you think played well, both from your time and your opponents. This way eventually you should be teaming up with players that are relatively better.
