How's it as a budget build? A 1060 will be added later.
Also, I'm considering using a non-branded PSU until I can throw in the 1060, that okay?
Is a SeaGate Baracuda any better than this WD?
Any suggestion is welcome.

I would not suggest buying an “unbranded power supply” ever. Just pick up something like an EVGA 450BT or EVGA 500BQ. They are really good power supplies, you can usually get them on sale, and they have enough power or your whole system.

I also agree wirh Jim Dizon that an i3-8350k would be a better choice. Of course that means spending a little more money on a motherboard, but it will be worth it. I would go with the Asus Prime z370-A.

Also, stick with the WD Blue hard drive. The difference between that and a Seagate is reliability.
