How is this build for 1080p ultra settings

For ultra settings? Ryzen 5 1600 and GTX 1070 (or wait for Vega)

For medium-high? Up the CPU to a 1400/1500X and you're good.

g4560 is gut. But Not really gut.

It can play games with 1050Ti at High 1080p Setting No Problem. Some On ultra aswell.

But yeah, its not for ultra 1080p Gaming.

The only game in my 400+ steam library that I cant play at 1080p 60 fps ultra settings is GTA V, I have to turn one shadow option down and all I have is an FX-8320 and a GTX 970. No over clocking. You don't need much for awesome 1080p gaming.
