I doub't it. They had an entire Comic to show "them" and there wasn't even a hint on any kind of ability or even a Weapon. He is just a secondary character in OW's lore.

It's established that there are Omnics that express a gender identity (Zenyatta, Orisa, etc) so to say they are gender neutral IS relevant

I can respect that Michael Chu is trying to be inclusive but despite the fact that there are Omnics that show some sort of gender identity, making a robot gender nonconforming is a weak statement
