Hi there, my boyfriend has been trying to join a player dedicated server but keeps getting the "join failed" message. Everyone else is getting in fine and he's been able to join before but now he cant. His nat type is open, he's tried restarting it and the ps4 and disconnecting his internet. The admins have been trying to get him in but to no avail. Any advice? Has this happened to anyone else?

sounds like he needs to Uninstall and install the game again. Sounds like a corrupted File.

is he on wifi or hard wired ?? is his internet fast at or above 25 mbps ??? a tribe mate bought a new router // made for gaming // he gets in on 1 invite now ..

If u r trying through comunity then one fail join and u have to restart ps4 its stupid
