Hi,
I was wondering if there's any app that would let me undervolt and underclock?
I have 4th gen Intel Pentium Dualcore 3.00GHZ.
I have checked XTU,it doesn't let me underclock the processor.
I know that i can do it from BIOS.

Just do it from the bios, overclock programes are just bloatware
