Philippines huh? So roughly 30k? Ryzen 3 1200, decent B350 board, 8GB of RAM and a 1050/1050 Ti should be within that budget.

Decide first whats the machine purpose, will it be focused on gaming, multimedia rendering or both. its a fine looking case, but aesthetics should be somehow on the lower priority.
