Hi Guys
because of my budget I have this two option for my new build by the end of the year:
1- i5 8600k and gtx1070 or 1070ti
2- i5 8400 and gtx1080
I need reasons guys

Go unlocked cpu and 1070.... don't get the 1070ti, it'll be locked and non overclockable..

8400 and 1080 wil perform better for gaming, 8600k would be better for streaming etc. always go for the better card if its just gaming. I was running a 2500k and a 1070 and it was awesome. So far everything about the 1070ti is just rumars (including if its even going to happen). Atm Im running a 3570k with a 1080ti and thats premo.

CPUs stay relevant for longer time than gpus I say get a good cpu don't care much about gpu since every 2 years you'll have to get a new one but CPUs can last for upto 5 years without upgrade
