|| This is coming from a current high diamond player, Honestly, at low elo the only thing I've learned as to how to climb is pick up a viable DPS, learn them well and hard carry each game.

I reccomend Tracer and 76 because they can self sustain a lot.

specialize more, pick a few characters and get better and them, dva, winston, soldier, zen are all amazing for climbing, especially around that rank
