Im new in this group amd just wanted to share the details on a build I will be doing start of next year So here goes, any tips or ideas are welcome

Build:
Motherboard: ASUS Maximus X Formula (Socket-1151)
CPU: Intel Core i7-8700k Coffee Lake
GPU: MSI Geforce GTX 1080 Ti Sea Hawk EK X
RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4 3000MHz 32GB
PSU: EVGA SuperNOVA 1300 G2
Storage: Samsung 960 EVO 1TB M.2 PCIe SSD
Case: Thermaltake View 71 Tempered Glass RGB Edition
Screen: Samsung 49" QLED Curved FreeSync
Keyboard: Razer BlackWidow Chroma V2 Orange
Mouse: Razer Basilisk FPS Chroma
Mousepad: Razer Firefly Chroma Clot Edt

Cooling will be a custom EK loop with a 420 and 360 rad

Freesync won't mean anything with a GTX card though, a Gsync monitor would do you better. But I'm sure the ti will still run it wonderfully, but I'm a stickler for adaptive sync.

If you are going full custom loop then go for the reference card... buy a waterblock and you will spend less money and the result will be the same overall the build is really nice. Something like mines for the next year .

with this monitor i reccomend VEGA 64 instead of 1080 ti

I just did a maximus x hero with 8700k and trident z rgb 3600 build. 960 evo nvme ssd. It's an insane beast.
