Hey, so random noob question. If I whistle neutral at a Dino will all of the surrounding Dino's go to neutral as well or only the Dino I was looking and whistling at?

If you only want one to go neutral go up to it and hold y and it's in the behavior options

Also helpful you can set tames to ignore group whistles.
