600$ budget with a 100$ ram module at 8 gigs? that's shit. plus that 1050 is too expensive, for 50$ more you can grab a 480. id go on but just know that this is quite bad, maybe the prices in your area suck dick or whatever, but for 600$ you can get way better stuff ussualy.

the most critical error is the ram though.

The RX 480 is out of stock and it's is very rare to find....well on a scale of it being overpriced.
And yes components are expensive in Australia!
