i ask many people and they say that i shouldve get 100+fps @ lowest setting with my pc.
I have Ryzen 3 1300x @3.5Ghz, 1060 6gb GPU, and my friend has i5 4460 and 750ti, but we have same FPS, yet he play with fullscreen and i play with fullscreen (windowed).

anyone has experienced the same thing? pls help

I dunno, I've got everything ultra and get 100fps in game with an i5-3450 and GTX 1080

I dont get 100fps ultra but i play at 1440p with 1080ti although the driver that just released last week from nvidia has me suspect of flawed performance

Anti alias set to ultra everything else set on low to very low. You should be around 100fps pretty consistent

I have a 1080ti and ryzen 1600 and struggle with 100fps sometimes 1440p also along with Ron Gizzi

Don't use screen scale, it hurt a lot.
