Help needed urgent. Corsair h100i v2 not cooling and the bracket is attached correctly. Pump and fans are extremely loud.

the same thing happened to my friend's brand nzxt kraken x62. he ordered a new one and gave the broken one to me. I plugged it into my computer and it worked fine.

I would recommend double and triple-checking your cables and maybe replacing them.
