How's it as a budget build? A 1060 will be added later.
Also, I'm considering using a non-branded PSU until I can throw in the 1060, that okay?
Is a SeaGate Baracuda any better than this WD?
Any suggestion is welcome.

I would suggest a ryzen 1600 with a b350 mobo. 4 core i5 is kinda meh these days now ryzen and 6 core i5's are available.

i would go with an i5 8600k if not , a ryzen 5 , 7th gen i5 are kinda falling behind of those two

I started with a build similiar to this and found it good as a stepping stone into the pcgmr, I could play enough games for it to be worth it and then eventually just upgraded parts one by one
