I would say he is talking about the screen resolution being low, This is because he probably hasn't installed the driver for his graphics.

Things are off colour though. The edge / explorer icon should be blue

Looks like firefox color is inverted?? Check accessibility settings in firefox if there is such a thing

Colours are bugged, windows not activated yet, and the screen turned into a coloured static

Removed and reinstalled the GOI and load optimized defaults im BIOS

If yoy are talking about colour go into the setrinfs menu and change the day/night mode, what it does is turn down the blue light and replaces it with yellow which is less harsh on the eyes and helps with sleep patterns, try changing those settings
