So far as I can tell, all of the popular ow youtubers are extremely good at one thing, and they hone in on that. It might be editing, it might be that they're really funny, it might be their gameplay, they might be memers - whatever it is.

Just find what it is that you're really good at, and do that thing. Nobody wants an imitation of somebody else that already exists.
