Hello I have never built a computer before, which of these two builds is best for playing simple games Runescape, Total War and GTA and other games. Will also be using for VMWare and general video and studying.

You could run runescape on a toaster tbh. Now gta on the other hand, you'll have to play low settings on both those

For the first build you can always find a cheaper ssd
