go for a single 1080 or 1080ti, and go for 16gb ram, also if i were you i would go for the k version of the i5 if you ever plan on overclocking which i would recommend doing. That way you can go fora 750w powersupply.

Get a core i7 8700k for that budget
With gtx 1080 ti
32 GB ram ddr4
4k monitor
If not then you lost atleast 1200 USD

1 : even the dumb guy of this world can easily build a pc.
2 : its cool just do it with youtube help at least lol
3: building will always be cheaper for any gaming
4: you could take a cheap ryzen 6 core then a 1080ti, would be already much better lol, oh wait intel fanboy will come and reap my coment naturally, but we all know that in small future simply upgrade to ryzen 2 is perfect then

Hell no, if you built it you could probably get a 8700k and 1080ti. Why do they have dual rx570s rather than a single stronger card? And I've never even heard of the cooler.
