Hello everyone,
Been having an ongoing problem with my Switch. I play it everyday for about an hour or two at the most. Once it's charged all the way up to 100% then I undock it. I power it down completely, and store it in my case for the next day. Then for some reason I power it back on its down to 58% or some days 76%!?
What's going on ? Someone feed me some info if you've had this problem.

Try not not powering down see if that stops it

I used to turn mine off and it would go from 100 to 70 in seconds ...its just a glitch in believe

I had the same issue but that was when I had the joy con on, since that is a way to charge the joycon. But after awhile, I started to leave my joycon on and now the battery doesn't drain from 100% to 70%
It can be a glitch and your battery is actually 95% or higher.
Give it some.time and I'm sure it'll fix on it's own. If mine did then so will yours

Don't power it down. Put it to sleep. I lose 1-2%

Calibrate the battery, turn down brightness, turn on airplane mode or at least turn off what you aren't using like maybe NFC, Wifi, Bluetooth (controllers)

press X close your running game before sleep.
