Having this message pop up when I attempt to get into ark on my server xbox. Any idea why and how to fix it?

(Side note) I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and it works as a shirt time fix. I've kept a box of for many days and everything. Still have no solution.

i only get that message when ark starts updating it and i open ark when it says "ready to start", that message displays when the required files to load the game havent been downloaded
