has anyone noticed stutters when switching from chrome tabs to other application, I have more than 8/9 tabs open at a time and when ever i switch to a different app there is a slight annoying stutter. specs- i7 6700k @4.6ghz, 16gb ddr4 ripjaws v ram @2400mhz
