Had an accident with my open loop and got water on my GPU I can get it to boot every now & then but won't stay on, ive taken heat sink and fans off and dried as much as possible, any suggestions?

Leave off for a couple days to dry completely, disconnect power and remove cmos

put the mobo in rice it takes the water and moister out it might take a couple of days

Stop trying to turn it on if there is any chance of water still being on it anywhere lol. Let it dry in a big bag of rice or something and try in a few days

Power supply protection kicking in, something is still creating a short. If you try to turn it on with a chance of water still being in it you will damage the system. Always let stuff completely dry out before attempting to power it on..

Take it... hold it a foot off the ground and drop it.

Reverse time to before you did that, and don't do it.

Grap your GPU, hold it in your hand and extend your arms to form a "T". Now spin as fast as you can helicopter style so that you can dry your GPU faster.

Rinse it in isopropyl alcohol and let it dry for a day.
