Plus that would be higher on an hour bench as liquid temps will rise then you'll be in the 80s

well thats on 1500 rpm fans i will test on stock fans that are 2600 rpm.

Yea give that shot, 78 is a bit high but its still fine but will degrade over time when you sat near the 80s

72° and lower you CPU will last almost forever, start going above and you'll end up degrading it over time

well i do gaming only and i just checked my gaming temps reduced from 56 c to 43 c in BF1. I am really amazed.
