I think it comes down to personal preference. I'd say experiment with few in the training range and see what suits your style.

Hanzo is default everyone else is personal preference. Just adjust the color

I changed off of the default for hanzo and could suddenly hit shots, so change them up as everyone is different experiment and find your own style.

It's just preference you just have to try different ones. I just keep mine on default because I find massive reticles kinda annoying but I know some people benefit from really large rectifies
