6gb because it's for gaming. Games use the GPU's processor moreso than the CPU. Anyone who doesn't believe me can open their stats manager for five seconds.

The the 600 prebuilt I got for my little sister has that gtx 10603gb and i5-7400. It can run games like battle front 2 at high settings 60-80fps. Pretty decent

Ryzem 4 core 8 threads with a 1070 maybe? The extra cost from intel CPU can go towards a better card .. if u wanna stream than maybe the 6 core
