Guys please help.
I have Corsair LPX DDR4 3000mhz ram. I checked my bios to see its running at 2133mhz and my motherboard apparently supports 2133mhz and 3200mhz. Here's what I need help with. Is it between these two speeds that it supports or these exact two speeds that it supports?
Edit: Solved but you can give your 2cents if you wish.

it will support pretty much anything... thats just what is suggested by the mobo manufacturer.

Aren't non K cpus limited to 2133?
