Buy new ram

make sure the ram is pushed in all the way

try the old ram see if it boots again, then try 1 stick of the new ram, rest bios settings if you oc'd the old ram etc etc.. just do the check list

Your motherboard is not compatible with the speed of ram try changing the ram stick

Start it with only 1 RAM bank in it. It needs to load start up data
