Got a two part question.... are the oil pumps unlocked, So if I build one can anyone access It? Second part is if they can how have you all protected it or is it not worth it? I'm thinking of a small building surrounding it but haven't seen videos/images of anyone doing it.

No point blocking them off, and no point destroying them

Pvp they are unlocked pve no. Definitely worth it and build a metal box around it because they have about zero health wolves can break them
