Got a friend who can't join any servers since last night. He's restarted his router, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, tried making another gt. Nothing works. It loads him into the game but instantly kicks him out and or dashboards him. Any ideas how to fix this

I've also tried killing his character, as ive ran into that problem before. But that's not working.
